Barilla Scarpetta
Scarpetta is an old tradition in Italy. It’s an iconic gesture that people do at the end of a meal. Cleaning up the last bits of sauce with a piece of bread is obviously satisfying, but also not the most elegant habit. If you want to do it in public you have to face some judgement. Or at least until now. Because Barilla introduces a sauce-capturing pasta that from now on will be known as the pasta that does the scarpetta.
